💼Business Guidelines
All business properties are owned by the state and are rented out to the business owner. A business may only have 1 designated owner.
A starting loan of a predetermined amount will be provided to all business owners. This amount must be left in the bank account, or returned to the state, if you are wishing to relinquish ownership. If you wish to relinquish ownership, the business must be given back to the state who will decide what happens to the business, as well as how the remaining business funds are distributed. If you are going to be away from the business for longer than a week, please notify us. Failure to notify us will result in a “strike”. After 3 strikes you will lose ownership of the business. If you are conducting illegal activities related to your business, the police may investigate and there is a chance you could lose your business. Business earnings are not to be used to fund gangs. Being clocked in and "on-call" is not allowed. It is assumed that if the business is open, someone is at the location and available to help. Exceptions to this rule are made for events held outside of the workplace, deliveries, or other things that would require you to be actively working for the business while being away from the workplace. Any common or recurring complaints about the business, IC or OOC, will be investigated by the BBB.
